Over time, the mop takes on a grayish color and an unpleasant odor, caused by the dirt and bacteria that accumulate on it during each use.
Dirt is deposited on the mop, and the humidity to which it is constantly exposed favors the proliferation of bacteria that become impossible to eliminate even with chemicals.
